Return and Refund Policy
Here at Comparee we believe in 100% customer service and strive to please all Comparee customers. We always do our best to take care of our valuable customers.
In the unlikely event if any product that you have purchased is damaged or incorrect then you may return your product. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to Comparee in a resalable & unused condition. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories or free gifts within 7 days from the day it was delivered.
These categories cannot be returned:
1. Used or not in the same condition and packaging as you received it.
2. Items which have been used or installed.
3. Products that have been tampered with or a missing serial numbers.
4. Products with missing labels or accessories.
1. If you received an item Damaged or incorrect then we may request you to share pictures or a video with the order number.
2. Please make sure that all returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it’s approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :
1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
1. Book with obvious signs of use
2. CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
3. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items which are part of any sale/offer cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.

Billing Terms and Conditions
Comparee allows buyers to use various forms of payments on comparee.com. Comparee users can pay with and accept payment by credit card, debit card, and PayPal—all in their domestic currencies. This policy explains all of your rights and obligations when using Comparee Checkout.
1. Accepting These Terms
The Comparee Payments Policy (or the “Policy”) sets out your rights and responsibilities when you use Comparee Checkout on Comparee (we’ll refer to comparee.com as our “Services”), so please read it carefully. By using Comparee Checkout, you’re agreeing to the Policy.
Comparee Checkout allows sellers to accept payment by authorized credit and debit card transactions and PayPal. Buyers may authorize a payment with any major credit or debit card accepted by PayPal.
3. Third-Party Services
Comparee has engaged third-party service providers to perform many of the services related to payment processing, including card processing, currency exchange, identity verification, fraud analysis, and regulatory compliance.
Comparee partners with Stripe, PayPal, and Currencylayer to facilitate card payments and other payments. The provider and processing time for your payment will vary based on the country in which you're located. If there are insufficient funds in your bank account when our provider processes the payment for your purchase, Comparee reserves the right to contact you directly and to seek payment.
Comparee may share your personal or transactional information with those third-party service providers when it's necessary to process payments.
By using a third-party service, you may also be subject to an agreement with the third party. For example, PayPal is a third-party service provided by PayPal Holdings, Inc. and is subject to the PayPal User Agreement.
If Comparee receives notice that your shop's content or activity violates a third party's service agreement, we may at our sole discretion take action against your account to comply with their policies. Such actions may include canceling a transaction, disabling listings from your shop, suspending your selling privileges, or removing certain payment methods.
4. Comparee’s Rights and Responsibilities
A. Comparee Checkout functionality may be made available, modified, or discontinued by us at any time without notice.
B. As a security measure, we may impose transaction limits on buyers. For example, we may impose limits relating to the value of any transaction, deposit, or adjustment, or limits relating to the cumulative value of all transactions, deposits, or adjustments during a period of time. We may also impose limits related to the number of transactions per day or other period of time.
C. Comparee may refuse service of Comparee Checkout to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
5. Comparee Checkout Fees
A. Comparee charges a fee (the “Handling Fee”) for processing each transaction through Comparee Checkout. The fee amount will be assessed on the gross number of ordered items. We reserve the right to modify the Handling Fee at any time. In the event of any partial or full refunds credited back to a buyer, the Handling Fee and other applicable fees will be recalculated based on the adjusted sale price.
B. Value-Added Tax (VAT). Depending on the merchant’s business location, Comparee may be required to charge VAT on the product and remit it to the relevant tax authority.
C. Browsing Currency Considerations for Buyers. In the case of a buyer purchasing from a merchant who lists in a currency other than the buyer's browsing currency, Comparee will automatically calculate the listing price in the buyer's browsing currency. When such a calculation is required, Comparee applies an additional currency conversion charge. Calculation rates are updated regularly.
